I'd say that's pretty good for a company's first full fiscal year. The management team attributes much of their success to the dedication of their employees. I think we can all take something from this. If you want great results, hire great people. This might seem fairly rudimentary, but you'd be surprised at how other marketing companies operate. They'll just hire anybody.
