By David Kellan

To say that company growth is important would be an understatement, and a large part of this comes from the workforce that carries out day-to-day efforts. A specific cable seals company will agree, which is why they would like to commend Al Micucci on his hard work. The success of said company hinges on the hard work provided by employees like Micucci. Here is why the work he provided stands out as much as it does.

The president of American Casting & Manufacturing, Norman Wenk, understands the importance of employees to a business. They are responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are carried out as they should. The same can be said for the company's plant manager, Al Micucci, who is currently being recognized. Not only does he hold an important position, but he has been with the company for an impressive 40 years, 2 months, and counting.

In 1977, Micucci worked as a foreman, supervising other workers to ensure that construction-related projects were being done on time. It wasn't long after that cable seal business ACM saw the work he was doing. The company sent Micucci to graduate school. After a few years, he would earn his MBA. It wasn't long after this occurred that he would join ACM to become its plant manager. This was a role he fulfilled ever since.

Now that you know that Micucci works as a plant manager, you may want to know what this job entails. There are numerous responsibilities to account for, such as the overseeing of employees. What this means is that it's up to him to make sure that everyone is completing their tasks on time. Micucci acts as an employer as well, bringing on promising individuals that can help the company grow. These are just a few responsibilities that matter.

These are just a few of the responsibilities that Micucci accounts for, but the quality of work that he provides is nothing short of remarkable. While it's important to fulfill requirements of the workplace, he takes pride in figuring out how to address problems in unique ways. Not only will this make the workforce more productive, but consumers will be pleased with the products they invest in as well. Micucci's devotion to ACM is easy to see.
