A good example is sales promotion which may employ the use of screens and a presenter to demonstrate on the product.

They may make donations towards charity, participate in cleaning the environment or making the aware of a certain issue that affects them. Creating good social relations helps to befriend the local community make them your loyal customers.

The connection between the supplier and the buyer matters. Directing marketing does not require you to know the potential customer, but he needs to be able to access a gadget, from which he can be able to view your emails or messages. It provides a wider market, since the information is obtained by anyone on the market. However, this method is not advisable to small enterprises since they may not have the funds to finance it and the results are not guaranteed that the customer will follow-up.

Indirect marketing also requires a person to access the internet or newspaper. It is intended for readers or users of a certain website. It is meant to attract more customers of a certain group. This is because not many people like reading. Though it may not be as beneficial as other methods such as TV advertising.

In addition, you can also be able to carry out product promotion on your own. This should be limited to a small portion since you may lack the skills, specialists, and connections that professional companies contain. Hiring their services gives you quality services and wide market that would otherwise not be possible.
