Improve Your Isagenix Profits

By Ricardo Interpermian

Isagenix success seekers: Want to dominate and build a HUGE business?

If you want to become a top earner, you need a promotion strategy to implement because you'll run out of friends and family to approach.

You have to learn how to market- like a REAL business!

I've been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

- Escalate Your Level of Commitment

One of the biggest shortcomings I see among people in Isagenix and similar companies is too little commitment. To build a thriving Isagenix business, you must dramatically increase your level of commitment.

In general there are two types of commitment shortfalls:

- Time: Committing too little time to the business

- Money: Under-investing in products, tools and training

With respect to time, new network marketers seriously believe four to eight hours per week is enough to create major results. Lots of people mistakenly believe devoting a few hours weekly will result in a thriving Isagenix business.

That's wishful thinking. Do you plan to make thousands of dollars every month? It will probably demand 15-30 hours per week at least. If you can't invest that time at first, then build up to that over time.

Regarding money, most networkers start their business on a shoe string budget. They seriously believe they'll never need to spend money on advertising. Most of these people want to invest very little money on training.

These are serious mistakes. Expect to commit thousands of dollars to your education in the form of workshops and courses over time. This is a business, not a game. You must escalate your commitment level if you are seriously going to succeed in Isagenix or any other business.

- Position At The Top Your Of Pay Plan

A large number of network marketing product lines have multiple tiers. To give you one example:

- One item that's the most affordable.

- A middle tier.

- A premium level that's the highest price.

It's critical you buy in at the top of the product line. This is the simple method to push your Isagenix income to the very top. In many cases you can sell and earn commissions ONLY on products you have purchased.

- The smallest payouts come from sales of the lowest tier product.

- You will earn the biggest payouts when you sell the highest level product.

We're talking about potentially earning four to six times more income simply by purchasing at the optimum level! If you don't buy in at the highest level of your comp plan, you will face enormous disadvantages in your Isagenix business:

- You put in the same level of effort, and earn a fraction of what you otherwise could earn.

- People at the higher tiers will earn far more than you. They can outspend you on advertising.

- You weaken your belief and self-confidence by subtly telling yourself you don't deserve to be at the top level. You will not follow through with the discipline and hard work critical to success, because you will have ruined your belief structure.

Thinking you can't come up with the money is how a poor person, not a top producer, thinks. Purchase the top tier. It likely you will never truly succeed in your Isagenix venture if you don't purchase the premium tier products.

- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

More than 80 percent of the people in your Isagenix organization will quit the business within the first year. The two standard approaches Isagenix reps are taught to boost retention create more problems than they solve.

1) The first strategy is to assist your new Isagenix reps to get into profit quickly, so they have reason to stay in the game. When you attempt to help EVERY new Isagenix rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your Isagenix downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your Isagenix downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. Isagenix team webinars, live training events, and getting on the phone with your new people can all foster a team experience. This strategy can foster dependency. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team...But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into Isagenix and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You're a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. By diversifying your revenue sources, you are not as reliant on Isagenix for income. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Isagenix pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This makes retention a non-issue.
