Belleville Transit & The Use Of Vehicle Wraps

By Rob Sutter

When it comes to the ways in which vehicle wraps are used, it's clear that there is a tremendous amount of variety to talk about. Maybe they are needed for the purpose of showcasing an upcoming product or it could be a matter of a blockbuster movie requiring more exposure so that everyone will recognize it. However, did you know that these wraps have recently been put to use in order to market a transit program? There is quite a bit to talk about in this regard.

According to an article on the Intelligencer, Belleville Transit will use vehicle wraps in order to market itself. To those outside of Canada, the Belleville Transit is located in the area, designed for the purpose of getting civilians around. However, in order for the aforementioned wraps to be effectively utilized, Belleville Transit will work with Sign Solutions of Quinte. The fact that these wraps have been commonly used for marketing purposes gives me hope that they will be able to fulfill their purpose here just as well.

According to the article, the advertising message would be placed on the back end of each vehicle. In addition, it's been said that the work will be done at no charge, which is a positive note to say the least. In order to increase efforts further, Belleville Transit will also be working with Mix 97, a local radio station, which can only help to bolster efforts. The fact that all of this is planned goes to show that Belleville Transit has practically all of the important bases covered.

Authorities on the matter like JMR Graphics will be able to support the usage of these wraps. Not only do they have the potential to drive attention to certain brands but vehicle wraps are designed with the purpose of creating revenue in the long term as well. The fact that these wraps can be used on a local basis, as well as a worldwide basis, speaks volumes about their versatility. One can only hope that Belleville Transit will be able to benefit from this endeavor that much more.

I believe that this can only help Belleville Transit, as well as the city itself, if the proper amount of care is taken. These wraps are undeniably useful but they have to be tailored by the companies that understand the capabilities of these wraps the most. Not only do they understand the versatility that these wraps call for but the demands that customers put forth before they are finalized. The ability to take all of these elements into account will result in the best wraps being created.
