For the hiring process, you will need to spend time to talk, discuss, meet with your HR or recruiter as they will be in charge of screening the candidates for the position which you are looking to have. The best advantage of this step is that you can actually ask them of your standing before the application. With this you can also ask them for referrals as well as recommendations and improvements on your skills.

Behave as an employee Lastly, having a good record from your current job would also help much in getting that job which you are looking to have next. As an employer, it would easy to grant a promotion or a raise for an employee who does his or her best and is always working hard.
