It must be very important in health built of an individual because it is what produces thyroid hormone which is responsible for regulating the body temperature, metabolism and of course your heart rate. This particular element is indeed essential to your diet because if not why else invent iodine derivatives.

A person who is suffering the consequences of lacking iodine fits also the shoe who consumes with such an excessive amount. A large dose can bring you a lot of health threats such as inflammation on the thyroid gland and even cancer too. You will meet also undesirable effects like burning sensation on your mouth going down to your stomach which in result can cause you fever, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and worse diarrhea.

Getting a very large dose of what the body requires causes thyroid gland inflammation and thyroid cancer. What is worse is that there are also side effects that you might not handle to think it burns your mouth, throat and stomach just imagine fever alone is already bumming what more stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that you have deal with on a daily basis.
