How special do you consider yourself with regards to this job? The candidate comes through with a grocery list of his or her talents and past experiences at this point. Some of the brighter job applicants will have some new kind of answers too.

How much remuneration do you expect? You have to ask this question and you know that what the candidate says will not influence you in the matter of paying his or her salary. You will get some wild answers too for this question. The answer again is not going to determine the final selection but will serve to indicate the experience or motivation factor for the job.

Are you doing this for yourself or for your mom and dad? You will find people who have no option other than to work. You cannot expect the same attitude towards the job from job aspirants who want to work to increase their pocket-money. Some job applicants are attached to food-related work.
