Having to volunteer jobs further boosts your resume as well as enables you to refresh or build your skills. The primary reason why mothers have second thoughts about going back to work is not because they have to leave their kids behind with other people or that they have a lot of chores to do but because they simply think that they are no longer cut for the job. Having children can have an impact to a mothers? body however this would not always affect ones performance as well as knowledge.
